The bot filtering built into ad trackers such as Voluum, RedTrack and Binom. Here’s an honest, side-by-side look at how ValidVisit compares on detection depth, transparency, extra-hop requirements and ad-network coverage.
You want auditable measurement: every visit judged Valid or Invalid across 100+ data points, attributed to the publisher, zone and placement that sent it — including the native, push and pop networks.
It is already in the tool that routes your clicks: known bots are filtered at the click, sent down another path before your offer and kept out of your reports, often at no extra cost.
Instead of an unexplained flag, ValidVisit judges every visit Valid or Invalid, with its evidence — per source, auditable, worst first.

Tracker bot filtering details come from its public materials and our review of its product pages; prices on this page carry the date we checked them. They may have changed — verify on their site. We don’t publish unverifiable accuracy claims about other tools.

It is already in the tool that routes your clicks: known bots are filtered at the click, sent down another path before your offer and kept out of your reports, often at no extra cost.
Neither tool pushes exclusions into your ad platforms for you. Where they differ is coverage and evidence: ValidVisit adds native/push/pop attribution and a verdict on every visit, with its evidence in your dashboard.
Most media buyers on native, push and pop already run a tracker, and trackers such as Voluum, RedTrack and Binom now filter bot traffic. They share a shape: the tracker sits between the ad and your landing page, judges the click as it passes, sends what it flags down another path, and keeps it out of your reports. That is useful, it is often already paid for, and it happens before your offer ever sees the visitor, which ValidVisit does not do. ValidVisit is not a tracker and does not route clicks. One script on your landing page judges each paid visit Valid or Invalid and attributes it to the campaign, publisher, zone or widget that sent it, through the network’s own tokens, so it judges whatever gets past the filter. The verdict blocks nothing; traffic rules you set tag or send away visitors by country, data-center hosting or VPN.
Voluum. Its pricing page lists Bot Filtering (IP/UA), described as filtering known bots out of your reports, and an Anti-Fraud Kit whose plan availability you should check on Voluum’s pricing page. The kit adds bot traps that move bot traffic outside your campaign funnels, a traffic log you can use to support a refund claim, and auto-rules that alert you or pause a campaign when suspicious volume passes a threshold.
RedTrack. A settings toggle removes known bots and crawlers, identified by user agent, from your data while still letting them reach campaigns. A bot blacklist takes IPs, IP ranges or user agents; it works only with RedTrack’s click-path tracking method, drops matches from the campaign report and does not count them toward your event limit.
Binom. Binom Protect runs locally in the tracker and is bought as a separate license, by the day, covering every tracker on the account. Presets run from Light through Medium to Paranoid, with server-side or JavaScript checks. A research mode reports what it would flag without labelling any click; in filtering mode you add a Bot rule that sends flagged clicks to a bot path.
All three are worth switching on. They are tuned to keep your tracker’s numbers and your offers clean.
A tracker filter judges the click in the moment the tracker has before it forwards the visitor, from what the click request shows and, in some modes, a quick browser check on an extra step. It has to decide fast and it has to decide yes or no, because the next step is a route.
ValidVisit judges the visit after it lands, with no route to choose and nothing added to the click path. Each visit is judged Valid or Invalid, with its evidence, attributed to the source the network names in its tokens. A zone that passes your tracker’s filter but still sends visits judged invalid shows up on its own line, with evidence in your dashboard.
The verdict never blocks. ValidVisit’s traffic rules match the countries, data-center hosting and VPN connections you never want: every match is tagged and counted and can be sent to another page once the page has loaded, and for countries the settings page writes a firewall rule for your own CDN or firewall. Your tracker can already do some of this at the click; use whichever layer you prefer.
When a tracker filters a bot, the usual outcome is that it leaves the numbers you optimise on: RedTrack drops blacklisted bots from the campaign report, and Voluum’s bot filtering takes known bots out of your reports. That keeps conversion rates honest. It also means the filtered traffic, which you still paid the network for, is out of the view you work in, unless you go to click logs or dedicated anti-fraud reports.
ValidVisit keeps every judged visit, including the ones that passed. A source’s invalid share is a proportion of everything it sent, over any window you choose, so you can see which zones to cut in the network and how the share moves after you cut. Blocking bad sources by network shows where each network keeps its blocklist, and pages like PropellerAds and Zeropark list the tokens to pass. Setup guides for Voluum, RedTrack, Binom, BeMob and Keitaro show the lander URL that passes them through each tracker, and how to send each verdict back into the tracker as a zero-payout event on its click.
Pricing follows from the category. A tracker filter comes with a plan you already pay for, or as an add-on like Binom Protect. ValidVisit is $59, $99 or from $299 a month, billed on visits judged, with every feature on every plan (see pricing).
