Twenty years buying traffic. Now we judge it.
The team behind ValidVisit has spent more than twenty years in adtech, on the buy side. ValidVisit is the bot traffic detection we wanted for ourselves. One lightweight script judges every paid visit Valid or Invalid across 100+ data points and pins it to the campaign, source, publisher and placement that sent it — so the traffic that was never real stops hiding inside your averages.
We build it as an independent product with one conviction: you shouldn’t have to surveil your visitors to catch the bots among them.
Built by buyers, not by a black box
Those twenty years were spent in ad operations, affiliate marketing and media buying — planning the campaigns, buying the traffic on search, social, native, push and pop, and answering for the results when the numbers didn’t add up.
Twenty years teaches you one thing the hard way: nobody who sells you clicks is in a hurry to tell you which ones were never real. We’ve stared at sources that “perform” on paper and never pay back. We’ve argued quality with networks armed with nothing but a gut feeling and a spreadsheet. We’ve watched budgets quietly leak into zones and placements no human ever saw.
So we built the referee we always wanted on our side of the table: independent of every network, judging every visit the moment it lands, and showing the evidence — so the argument about traffic quality finally has numbers in it.
What we hold ourselves to
- Evidence, not a black box
Every verdict in the dashboard comes with its evidence. You act on something you can show a network or a client — never on an unexplained flag.
- Privacy is not the price of detection
Many fraud tools turn every visitor into a tracked device ID and keep raw IPs. We do neither: addresses are one-way hashed on arrival, and device signals judge the visit without ever becoming an identity. The paper trail is for the fraud, never for the humans.
- Honest to what ships
We judge, attribute and report; traffic rules send away what you name and write the firewall rule that blocks whole countries. We never touch your ad accounts or file claims for you, and we say so rather than calling it “coming soon”.
- The channels others skip
Native, push and pop are where invalid traffic concentrates. We judge down to the publisher, zone and placement you actually buy.
